Admission Policies and Procedures


a) Admission Schedule:The following schedules will be followed for admission:
i) Admission forms are sold 01- 15 December
ii) Submission of the forms 15 – 20 December
iii) Admission tests are held 23 December
iv)  Publishing the results of the admission tests 24 December
v) Admission  25 – 30 December
vi)  Classes for the new session commence on 01 January
b) Students are admitted as per the merit list. However, the number of students admitted to any is limited to 30.
c) Seats are reserved on the basis of minimum admission criteria for the children of all the army staff and civilians serving at Jahanabad Cantonment
d) Admission form submission procedures:
i) Admission forms can be collected from school office for a fixed fee.
ii) 2 copies of passport–size coloured photographs must be attached to every admission form.
iii) No form is accepted after the due date is over.
